“Nature is a wonder that shows many different angles and aspects of the world over the course of a year. The power of nature (from the words, the beach, the sea, the mountains, and from one’s own year) elicits feelings of calm, clarity, peace, hope, and joy. ‘Through my lens’ I want to showcase the different aspects of nature and I hope that viewers can discover a photograph that brings about feelings of calm, clarity, peace, hope, and joy. Capturing the beauty of the natural world allows me to bring pieces of the outdoor world indoors to cherish and celebrate for years to come.”
